Dear Members of the ARSC: The ARSC has grown considerably over the last year. With the growth that we have achieved, we need more help. We are seeking volunteers to work in the office on Thursdays from 10 - 3 pm. If you are available occasionally, just let us know which dates you are available. If you are interested in volunteering at the office, please post here or email: asggc@yahoo.com Applications are available in the office and also on our website: www.geneseeautism.org/#!volunteer-opportunities Daily duties: Answer phones Help walk ins Ask walk ins to apply for membership & explain the process Keep up to date with calendar Empty garbage cans Lock all doors Turn off lights Empty paper recycling box in bin out in parking lot clean front door windows wipe down tables and chairs (occasionally) Thank you! |

I have an appointment I have to keep on Monday, January 28th. Is there anyone that could go in during the hours of 10 - 3 for me that day. I can let you into the building. But would need someone else to lock up the building at 3.

We have a few people interested in helping out at the office every other Thursday and alternating Fridays as well. Anyone else interested? I'd like to start getting names on the schedule.

Amy I fell this morning & hurt the knees badly. Am in some pain.
If better by noon I will go in then. Amy Morris is suppose to stop & pick up flyers. I let her know on fb I won't be there at 10 today but If I am able will try to be in by noon will keep her posted.

Got email last week on the treasurer & responded back but have not heard anything yet. This is what I sent in the email back.
I have a degree in accounting & programed it on main frame computers for several years. I worked in the computer arena for 30 years. I used 2000 version of Quick books at home before. It can't be that hard. I am willing to help out. Especially if there is a manual with it.
I have programmed for 18 years in the financial world.
