Beginning to get a list of volunteers together for baking. We will need both cakes for the cake walk and individually bagged/wrapped items (cookies, brownies, other treats). These items will all be dessert items sold at $1 per item. Please post if you want to donate items, then I can keep track of what we have and what we need.
I have a girl scout troop (5th graders) that will be running the cake walk. They did a good job last year and had a lot of fun.
I have a few adult volunteers for the bake sale- so will need to know where people are most needed. My older girls were going to do the bake sale, but they could help out with craft tent if that's preferred. (I only have 2-3 older girls coming- 8th graders). I'd like to put them with the Girls Club girls if they are volunteering, since its basically Brigit and her best bud, who also needs to pick at Silver Award topic and might be interested in something here.
