I had a tooth pulled but will be OK by Sunday but have to have him pick up stuff. Fred's cell ph 850-624-625-8860 if you or anyone that has access to the items I will need for Sunday. Thanks Melissa

Melissa, I put everything you will need in a bundle/pile at the support center. It is in the first room, under the big puzzle pieces. What you will need to get from Dayna is the "starter money" and the check for the farmers market coordinator. Dayna also has the inventory sheet you will need to sign out on.

I'm sorry about the mix up Friday with getting the supplies for the farmer's market. I didn't realize how bad getting a tooth pulled is! I was on some heavy duty pain meds. Everyone at the farmer's market is sooooo nice! The different vendors were very helpful for any questions I had. I was able to sell all the raffle tickets and talked with several different families in different situations (newly diagnosed, adult ASD and many people who had a friend or family member with ASD. All in all a very good experience and Paul helped and seemed to enjoy talking with people about his experiences with our sports programs and summer camp.

Melissa, that is totally awesome. I am so glad you were able to help out and I knew the experience would be positive! Thank you so much for volunteering. It really really helps. How cool that Paul was able to help and share his experiences. Our kids are so great!

First round of the farmers market went well. Only missing one piece of equipment. Melissa, please look for the tabletop merchandise price listing and return when possible. We will have a back up one made and ready for tomorrow's pickup. Thanks Pat for doing that on short notice. The bundle is under the big puzzle pieces, good luck Dayna and Shelley. I'm sure it will be a great experience.

Hi Everyone...I know this is the Farmers Market Thread but am unable to start a new thread to reiterate the need for volunteers for the Haloburger Car Shows It is on the Raffle Thread but I've not received any response. So... We have confirmed the two dates for the Haloburger Car Show and are seeking two volunteers for each date to work the booth, sell our raffle tickets, and be the face of ASGGC for the evening. Please respond here if you're able to fill one of these spots! Set up should be done around 4pm and the show ends at dusk, around 9pm. Saturday, July 7th 4-9:00 Saturday, August 4th 4-9:00 Thank you! Amy Morris

I only put one pack of raffle tickets in the "bundle". You might want to bring your own set of tickets too.

Does anyone know what to take to Halo Burger? Do I use the same items at Halo Burger that we use @ farmers market?

Melissa, Please call me (810) 627-9322. I've been in touch with Amy D. regarding getting you supplies to take with you, but yes, the same items at Halo Burger than at Farmers Market. Table, tent, tickets, group info/materials, and cash for change. I don't have access to those items but can assist is linking you to someone who does. Thank you for signing up! Amy Morris
